Welspun Living Limited Q4 Results, Dividend Announcement, and Strategic Acquisition

Welspun Living Limited reported its Q4 FY26 results, showcasing a revenue of ₹2,451 crore and a significant reduction in net debt by over 50%. The company announced a dividend of ₹0.10 per share, approved a share buyback worth up to ₹252 crore, and unveiled a strategic 26% stake acquisition in CleanMax Dhyuthi Private Limited to bolster renewable energy for its Vapi facility.

Financial Performance for Q4 FY26

Welspun Living Limited closed the fiscal year with resilient performance, reporting a quarterly revenue of ₹2,451 crore, marking a 7.7% sequential growth. The company achieved an EBITDA of ₹265 crore, representing a margin of 10.8%. A major highlight of the year was the strengthening of the balance sheet, with net debt reduced by 52% year-on-year to ₹775 crore.

Strategic Buyback and Dividend

To deliver long-term value to shareholders, the board has approved a buyback of 1.44 crore fully paid-up equity shares at a price of ₹175 per share. The total buyback size is capped at ₹252 crore. Furthermore, the board has recommended a dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Sustainability and Operational Expansion

The company continues its focus on sustainable growth, evidenced by the acquisition of a 26% stake in CleanMax Dhyuthi Private Limited for ₹7.6 crore. This investment is specifically aimed at enhancing renewable energy supply to the company’s Vapi factory in Gujarat, utilizing a group captive renewable energy project to power facility operations.

Leadership Transition

Management changes were also announced, with the resignation of Mr. Altaf Jiwani from his role as Whole-time Director & Chief Operating Officer, effective May 31, 2026. Concurrently, the board has approved the appointment of Mr. Keyur Parekh as a Whole-time Director, effective June 1, 2026, to continue driving global business growth and strategic initiatives.
