The company’s revenue from operations grew by an impressive 82.4% to ₹1,049.44 Crore, compared to ₹575.46 Crore in the previous year. This growth is the largest single-year expansion in the company’s history, with momentum building throughout the year and achieving a quarterly record of over ₹400 Crore in Q4 FY26.
Profitability and Operational Highlights
Profitability also saw substantial improvement, with EBITDA growing by 69.6% to ₹429 Crore, resulting in a strong margin of 40.8%. Profit after tax nearly doubled to ₹303.01 Crore, an increase of 95.8% over the previous year, demonstrating enhanced operating leverage. The company’s manufacturing base operated at 85% utilization for the year, with the cell line achieving 92% utilization in Q4. These operational efficiencies contributed to a strengthening of the company’s balance sheet, achieving a net cash surplus position.
Capacity Expansion and Future Outlook
Websol’s financial transformation is also characterized by its strategic capacity expansion. The company commissioned its second 600 MW Mono PERC bifacial cell line, doubling its solar cell capacity to approximately 1.2 GW. Furthermore, one of the existing 600 MW Mono PERC lines is being upgraded to TOPCon technology. The company’s net worth has also strengthened considerably, increasing from ₹278.05 Crore to ₹630.71 Crore. This strong financial position supports the company’s planned capacity expansion and its focus on technology upgradation.
