The Board considered and approved the unaudited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. These results, along with the Limited Review Reports from the Statutory Auditors, have been enclosed as Annexure-A.
Key Director Appointments
The Board also approved several significant appointments:
- Mr. Sanjay Kumar (DIN: 11820120) has been appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective August 10, 2026. He will hold office until the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
- Mr. Dinesh Agarwal (DIN: 02722380) has been appointed as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director, also effective August 10, 2026. His appointment is for a period of five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Director Retirement
Mr. Rajeewa R Arya, a Director, will retire by rotation at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. He has expressed his unwillingness for reappointment due to personal reasons and will retire at the conclusion of the meeting.
Company Secretary Appointment
Furthermore, Mr. Ashok Purohit has been appointed as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective August 10, 2026, pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
