Waaree Energies Limited has announced that its wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, Waaree Forever Energies Four Private Limited, has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited. The contract marks a significant milestone for the development of a 300MW Wind Power Project located in Dwarka, Gujarat. The agreement was officially executed on May 06, 2026, further expanding the company’s footprint in the renewable energy sector.

By entering into this Power Purchase Agreement, the company is set to develop a large-scale 300MW Wind Power Project.
