Waaree Energies Ltd FY26 Earnings Report Shows Record-Breaking Growth

Waaree Energies Ltd. has reported stellar performance for FY26, with revenue from operations surging 83.72% YoY to reach ₹26,536.77 crore. The company doubled its net profit to ₹3,884.15 crore, marking a 101.45% YoY growth. Driven by scale expansion and operational efficiency, the company surpassed its annual EBITDA guidance, reinforcing its position as a key global clean energy enabler and accelerating its strategic Waaree 2.0 transformation.

Financial Highlights

For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, Waaree Energies demonstrated robust financial health. The company achieved an Operating EBITDA of ₹5,908.64 crore, reflecting a substantial growth of 117.10% over the previous year. Quarterly performance remained strong, with Q4FY26 revenue reaching ₹8,480.25 crore, a 111.80% increase compared to the same period last year. Total profit for the quarter stood at ₹1,126.26 crore, advancing 74.76% YoY.

Operational Milestones

The company achieved its highest-ever annual module production of 12.6 GW, with 4.2 GW produced in the final quarter alone. This production success was attributed to significant scale advantages and operational efficiency. In addition to current production, the board approved a ₹3,900 crore investment for a 2,500 TPD glass manufacturing plant and commenced work on a 10 GW integrated ingot and wafer facility in Nagpur, supported by a ₹6,200 crore capex plan.

Strategic Expansion and Future Outlook

As part of its Waaree 2.0 strategy, the company is diversifying into battery energy storage, inverters, and green hydrogen electrolysers. Looking ahead to FY27, management has projected an Operating EBITDA range of ₹7,000 crore to ₹7,700 crore. The company has also rewarded shareholders by recommending a final dividend of ₹2 per share, bringing the total dividend for FY26 to ₹4 per share.
