He is currently serving as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Tata Consumer Products Limited (TCPL), a role he has held since April 2020. His career is marked by significant leadership milestones, including:

  • A successful tenure as Managing Director at Whirlpool India Limited, where he led the transformation of their business.
  • A 15-year career at PepsiCo with various commercial leadership roles across Asian markets.
  • Early professional experience beginning at Hindustan Unilever in 1993.

Industry Leadership

Beyond his current executive responsibilities, Mr. D’Souza holds board-level positions at several prominent entities, including Tata Starbucks Limited, Tata Digital Private Limited, Capital Foods Private Limited, and Organic India Private Limited. He is an engineering graduate from the University of Madras and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM-C).
