Vijaya Diagnostic Centre has delivered a strong performance for FY26, reporting an annual revenue of INR 8,142.0 million, a 19.5% increase compared to the previous year. The company’s growth was supported by record-breaking quarterly results in Q4 FY26, where revenue surged 26.6% year-over-year. EBITDA margins remained robust at 41.4% for the full year, driven by disciplined operational execution and successful network expansion across key geographies.

Record Financial Performance in FY26

Vijaya Diagnostic Centre has concluded a landmark year, with total revenue for FY26 reaching INR 8,142.0 million. This represents a 19.5% growth over FY25. The company’s consistent focus on operational efficiency is reflected in its annual EBITDA of INR 3,369.4 million, representing a 23.3% increase, and a healthy EBITDA margin of 41.4%. Profit after tax (PAT) for the fiscal year also grew by 20.3% to INR 1,729.8 million.

Q4 FY26 Highlights

The final quarter (January–March 2026) was particularly strong, with the company reporting its highest-ever quarterly revenue of INR 2,193.8 million, a 26.6% jump over the same period last year. This performance was underpinned by an 18.5% growth in total test volumes and a significant 38.7% rise in quarterly EBITDA to INR 955.2 million, yielding an impressive EBITDA margin of 43.5%.

Strategic Outlook and Expansion

The company continues to execute its growth strategy effectively, with newer hubs like Khammam, Nandyal, and Pune achieving break-even milestones within one to two quarters. Looking ahead to FY27, Vijaya plans to further scale its operations by adding 4–5 new hubs and 10–12 spokes. Additionally, the company is prioritizing technological advancement through the deployment of AI-led solutions in urology and dental diagnostics and the commissioning of a fully automated laboratory in Panjagutta, Hyderabad, to optimize operational productivity.
