For the financial year 2026, Ventive Hospitality delivered a consolidated revenue of INR 26,661 million, marking a 24% growth compared to the previous year. Annual EBITDA rose to INR 12,987 million, a 28% increase, with margins expanding to 49%. The consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) reached INR 5,019 million, a remarkable 939% increase, reflecting improved operational efficiency and a strong recovery in the luxury hospitality sector.
Quarterly Highlights: Q4 FY26
The final quarter of the year continued the positive momentum. Consolidated revenue for Q4 (January–March 2026) stood at INR 8,696 million, a 21% year-on-year increase. EBITDA for the same period was INR 4,761 million, up 28%, while the EBITDA margin reached 55%, showcasing the company’s ability to drive profitability during peak operational periods.
Hospitality and Annuity Segment Insights
The company’s hospitality business remains its core pillar, with consolidated annual hospitality revenue hitting INR 19,796 million. Key performance indicators showed strong growth, with ADR (Average Daily Rate) at INR 22,963, an 11% increase, and RevPAR reaching INR 14,587. The annuity business also contributed steadily to the bottom line, generating INR 5,045 million in revenue with a high EBITDA margin of 90% and a 99% committed occupancy across its 3.4 million square feet of commercial and retail assets.
Strategic Growth and Future Outlook
Ventive Hospitality continues to leverage its 2,199 keys across 14 hotels to maintain its position as one of India’s largest luxury-focused platforms. The company is actively executing a robust development pipeline, including 1,382 keys currently under development across India and Sri Lanka. Notable upcoming projects such as the Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Pottuvil, Varanasi Marriott Hotel, and various Moxy branded developments are expected to further drive long-term value and geographic diversification for the platform.
