The company reported a robust 13% year-on-year increase in Revenue from Operations, reaching ₹2,648 crore. Total Income for the quarter stood at ₹2,721 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a substantial jump of 41% to ₹285 crore, with PAT Margin improving to 10.5%.

Vardhman Textiles Limited has released its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The company has demonstrated a positive financial trajectory, with significant growth in key performance indicators.
Key Financial Highlights
The company’s Revenue from Operations for Q1 FY27 reached ₹2,648 crore, marking a notable 13% increase compared to the ₹2,342 crore reported in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year (Q1 FY26). Total Income also saw a similar 13% rise year-on-year, growing from ₹2,414 crore in Q1 FY26 to ₹2,721 crore in Q1 FY27. This revenue growth was accompanied by improved profitability.
Total Expenditure for the quarter was reported at ₹2,193 crore. The company’s operational efficiency is reflected in its EBITDA, which grew by 33% year-on-year to ₹528 crore, from ₹397 crore in Q1 FY26. Consequently, the EBITDA Margin improved to 19.4% in Q1 FY27, up from 16.5% in Q1 FY26.
Profit Before Tax (PBT) increased by 43% to ₹380 crore, compared to ₹266 crore in Q1 FY26. After accounting for tax expenses of ₹94 crore, the Profit After Tax (PAT) for Q1 FY27 stood at ₹285 crore, representing a significant 41% increase from ₹202 crore in the prior-year period. The PAT Margin improved to 10.5% in Q1 FY27 from 8.4% in Q1 FY26.
Earnings Per Share (EPS)
The Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q1 FY27 was ₹9.85, a substantial increase from ₹6.97 in Q1 FY26, reflecting enhanced shareholder value.
Operational Performance Snapshot
In terms of operational highlights, the Yarn segment produced 70,046 MT and sales stood at 70,052 MT, showing a 2.0% and 7.2% increase year-on-year, respectively. The Grey Fabric segment recorded production of 462 Lac Mtrs and sales of 463 Lakh Mtrs, despite a slight year-on-year decline. The Processed Fabric segment saw production of 408 Lac Mtrs and sales of 419 Lakh Mtrs.
