General Corporate Purpose was initially projected at Rs. 6.03 crore and revised to Rs. 24.98 crore. Issue expenses were Rs. 3.11 crore.

The report also confirms that shareholder approval has been obtained for material deviations from expenditures, and all government/statutory approvals related to the objects have been obtained. Arrangements pertaining to technical assistance and collaboration are in operation, with no unfavorable events affecting the viability of these objects.
