Key Performance Highlights
The financial performance for Q1 FY27 shows a significant increase in Revenue from Operations, growing by 20.8% year-on-year to INR 8,868 million. EBITDA also saw a robust increase of 21.7% to INR 1,163 million, with an improved EBITDA Margin of 13.1%. Profit After Tax surged by 36.9% to INR 901 million, resulting in a Profit Margin of 10.2%.
Strategic Order Wins
The company highlighted substantial order wins, including a ‘Mega’ 60 MIGD (approximately 272 MLD) order from MEWRE in Kuwait and a ‘Large’ 60 MLD order from Ajman Sewerage in the UAE. Additionally, VA Tech Wabag announced a ‘Large’ order for the expansion of the Donauinsel Water Works in Vienna, Austria, and secured two energy-efficient WWTPs from BWSSB in Bengaluru, India.
