Her professional journey includes an 18-year tenure at adidas, where she held various regional leadership roles. Most recently, she served as the Southeast Asia HR lead, overseeing markets including Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. Her expertise lies in leading organizational transformation, fostering high-performance cultures, and implementing intuitive HR practices that align with dynamic business goals.
