Shareholders holding shares in physical or dematerialized form as of Friday, September 18, 2026, will be eligible to participate in remote e-voting. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, September 19, 2026, to Friday, September 25, 2026, inclusive, for dividend and AGM purposes. The e-voting period will commence on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 09:00 a.m. IST and conclude on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 05:00 p.m. IST.
