A pivotal meeting of the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors is scheduled for Thursday, July 23, 2026. During this meeting, the committee will deliberate on a proposal to raise capital by issuing up to 5,00,000 fully paid, unsecured, listed, rated, redeemable, rupee-denominated, non-convertible debentures. Each debenture will have a face value of Rs. 1,00,000, with the total issuance aggregating up to Rs. 5,000 crore (Rupees Five Thousand Crore only). The issuance will be conducted on a private placement basis, and the terms and conditions of the issue will also be considered.
