The newly appointed firm, SRBR and Associates LLP, has been appointed for an initial term of five (5) consecutive years. Their mandate will commence from the conclusion of the 79th AGM and extend until the conclusion of the 84th AGM of the company, which is anticipated to be held in the year 2031. The appointment is in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
