Tube Investments of India Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. The company reported a robust standalone revenue of ₹8,556 crore for the full year and has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share. Including the interim dividend already paid, the total dividend for the fiscal year 2025-26 stands at ₹3.50 per share.
Financial Performance Highlights
For the quarter ended 31st March 2026, the company achieved a standalone revenue of ₹2,279 crore, showing significant growth over the ₹1,957 crore recorded in the same period of the previous year. For the full financial year, standalone revenue reached ₹8,556 crore compared to ₹7,893 crore in the previous fiscal. The profit before tax, before exceptional items, for the year stood at ₹1,105.55 crore.
Dividend and Corporate Actions
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share of ₹1 each for the financial year ended 31st March 2026. Combined with the interim dividend of ₹2.00 per share paid in February 2026, the total dividend payout for the 2025-26 fiscal year is ₹3.50 per share. The final dividend is subject to approval at the upcoming 18th Annual General Meeting scheduled for 14th August 2026.
Strategic Investments and Growth
The company continues to expand its footprint through strategic acquisitions and investments. Notably, the company acquired a 76.24% stake in Orange Koi Private Limited in April 2026 for a consideration of ₹35 crore. Additionally, the company has approved long-term borrowing of up to ₹350 crore to meet fund requirements for the 2026-27 fiscal year.
Consolidated Performance
On a consolidated basis, the company demonstrated strong growth, with total revenue for the year ended 31st March 2026 reaching ₹22,847 crore, up from ₹19,465 crore in the previous year. The consolidated profit attributable to owners of the company for the year was ₹536.84 crore, reflecting the company’s diversified operational success across its various business segments.
