For the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2026, the company achieved a consolidated revenue of ₹6,215 crore. On a standalone basis, the company reported a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of ₹357 crore. The financial year 2025-26 concluded with strong performance, reflecting the company’s resilience across its diversified business segments.
Dividend and Annual General Meeting
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share (face value of ₹1 each). Combined with the interim dividend of ₹2.00 per share paid in February 2026, the total dividend payout for the fiscal year amounts to ₹3.50 per share. Subject to shareholder approval at the 18th Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled for August 14, 2026, the dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders.
Strategic Growth and Investments
The company continues to expand its footprint. During the year, it invested ₹100 crore in 3xper Innoventure Limited and ₹250 crore in TI Clean Mobility Private Limited, both subsidiaries. Furthermore, the company successfully entered into definitive agreements for the acquisition of Orange Koi Private Limited. To meet upcoming fund requirements for FY 2026-27, the Board has approved long-term borrowing of up to ₹350 crore.
