The total installed capacity for conductor manufacturing at Transrail Lighting has risen from 24,000 Km/annum to 40,800 Km/annum. This represents a 70% increase, enhancing the company’s ability to meet market demands and support its growth strategy. The company noted that this expansion is a critical step in strengthening its core manufacturing capabilities and improving execution efficiencies.
Future Growth and Market Position
Commenting on the development, Mr. Randeep Narang, MD & CEO, stated, “This expansion marks a significant milestone in strengthening the Company’s conductor manufacturing capabilities which enhances its execution efficiencies and capacity to cater to growing markets.” Transrail Lighting is also in the process of undertaking a phase 2 expansion, which is expected to double its original capacity upon completion.
