Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd.: FY26 Revenue Up 22.8% to ₹2,395 Cr; Profit Grows 20.1%

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited (TARIL) has announced its financial results for FY26, reporting a second consecutive year of record performance. Revenue from operations increased by 22.8% year-on-year to ₹2,395 crore on a standalone basis. Profit after tax saw a substantial rise of 20.1% to ₹225 crore. The company’s consolidated performance was even stronger, with revenue growing 24.2% to ₹2,509 crore and profit after tax increasing by 25.6%. These results reflect the company’s deliberate choices in order intake, strategic investments, and operational efficiency.

TARIL Reports Strong FY26 Financial Performance

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited (TARIL) has delivered a robust financial performance for the fiscal year 2025-26, marking its second consecutive year of record results. The company’s strategic choices regarding order intake, investment, and operational efficiency have translated into significant growth and improved profitability.

Financial Highlights

On a standalone basis, TARIL recorded a revenue of ₹2,395 crore, representing a 22.8% year-on-year increase. The company achieved an EBITDA of ₹370 crore with a margin of 15.4%, and a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹225 crore, marking a 20.1% improvement over the prior year.

On a consolidated basis, the performance was even more compelling. Revenue stood at ₹2,509 crore, an increase of 24.2% year-on-year. Consolidated EBITDA reached ₹444 crore, and consolidated PAT grew by 25.6% to ₹272 crore, achieving the highest bottom-line profitability ever.

Operational Achievements

Operationally, TARIL manufactured a record 33,763 MVA in FY26, the highest ever production in the company’s history, up from 29,118 MVA in FY25. The company also tested a record number of transformers, further validating its manufacturing capabilities. The fully automated radiator facility received PGCIL approval, a critical milestone that supports its growing capacity.
