Titan Company Fiscal Year 2026 Revenue Crosses ₹75,000 Crore Milestone

Titan Company Limited has reported an exceptional fiscal year 2026, crossing the ₹75,000 crore annual revenue milestone. For the final quarter (Q4FY26), the company achieved a robust 46% year-over-year revenue growth to reach ₹20,300 crore. Consolidated profit after tax for the quarter grew by 35% to ₹1,179 crore, driven by strong momentum in the jewellery and watches segments and the strategic acquisition of Damas Jewellery.

Annual Performance Highlights

The company has delivered a landmark performance in FY26, achieving its ambitious revenue targets. The consolidated total income for the full year stood at ₹76,078 crore, representing a 33% year-over-year increase. Annual profit after tax for the year ended March 31, 2026, reached ₹5,073 crore, reflecting a strong 52% growth compared to the previous year.

Segment Performance

The Jewellery division remained the primary engine of growth, recording a 50% increase in quarterly revenue to ₹18,195 crore. This growth was fueled by successful exchange programs and resilient consumer demand. Additionally, the Watches segment continued its premiumization trajectory, delivering 15% growth during the quarter. The EyeCare business also sustained double-digit growth momentum throughout the year.

Strategic Acquisitions and Dividends

A key highlight of the quarter was the successful completion of the 67% acquisition of Damas Jewellery, a major step in Titan’s global expansion within the GCC region. This integration added 123 stores to the company’s international network. Reflecting the strong financial performance, the Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹15.00 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.

Future Outlook

Managing Director Mr. Ajoy Chawla noted that while the company enters FY27 with optimism, it remains vigilant regarding global macroeconomic volatility and geopolitical challenges. The company continues to prioritize operational agility, deep customer engagement, and long-term value creation for its stakeholders.
