Titan Company reached a significant milestone in FY 2025-26 by achieving ₹76,078 crore in revenue. This accomplishment underscores the resilience and popularity of Titan’s various consumer businesses. The company’s total EBIT for the year rose to ₹8,082 crore, representing a 47% increase compared to the previous year, with an EBIT margin of 10.6%.
Consumer Business Performance
The Jewellery segment remains the primary growth engine, contributing ₹67,602 crore to the annual revenue, marking a 34% growth. Domestic jewellery sales alone reached ₹64,345 crore. The company’s Watches segment also saw consistent growth, with revenue rising to ₹5,267 crore, a 15% increase. Additionally, EyeCare and the Emerging Businesses—including Taneira, Fragrances, and Women’s Bags—continue to expand, with Emerging Businesses delivering a notable 57% increase in annual revenue to ₹2,006 crore.
Strategic Acquisitions and Expansion
During the quarter, Titan completed the 67% acquisition of Damas Jewellery, expanding its international footprint. The company’s retail network saw significant expansion across all segments, now operating a total of 3,603 stores.
