Mr. K Vivekanandan is a 2006-batch IAS Officer who has held significant roles in departments such as Industries, Investment Promotion, and Commerce. He has also served as the Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Urban Finance and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited.
Shareholder Approval and Future Compliance
