For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, Timken India reported revenue from operations of ₹9,433.20 million on a consolidated basis, a notable increase compared to the previous periods. The profit before tax stood at ₹1,562.45 million. The net profit after tax for the quarter reached ₹1,196.59 million. This represents a substantial increase in profitability, indicating strong operational efficiency and market demand.
Standalone Performance
On a standalone basis, the company’s revenue from operations for the quarter was ₹9,290.85 million. The profit before tax was ₹1,503.45 million, and the net profit after tax was ₹1,151.30 million. The unaudited financial results for the standalone entity also reflect a positive trajectory.
Management Changes
In addition to the financial results, the company also announced changes in its senior management due to organizational restructuring.
