This marks the completion of her second consecutive term, with her tenure concluding at the close of business hours on July 30, 2026. The company has acknowledged her service and contributions during her association.
Committee Role Changes
Following her departure as an Independent Director, Ms. Chaturvedi has also relinquished her positions on key board committees. She is no longer the Chairperson of the Audit Committee. Additionally, she has ceased to be a member of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. These changes are effective from July 30, 2026.
