AGM Announcement and Report Availability
The Tata Power Company Limited has announced its 107th Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
In accordance with regulatory guidelines, the Notice of the AGM and the Integrated Annual Report for the Financial Year 2026 (FY26) are being sent in electronic mode to members whose email addresses are registered with the Company or its appointed agents. For members whose email addresses are not registered, the Company is providing direct access to the report via its website.
Accessing the FY26 Annual Report
The Integrated Annual Report for FY26 is available on the Company’s official website at: www.tatapower.com/investor-resource-center/annual-reports-tab. Members can also access the report by scanning the provided QR Code.
Members holding shares in dematerialised form are encouraged to register their email addresses with their respective Depository Participants (DPs). Shareholders holding shares in physical form can update their details by contacting MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime India Private Limited), the Registrar to the Company. Alternatively, email registration can be completed online on or before Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. IST.
