Standalone Financial Performance (Quarter Ended June 30, 2026)
The company’s revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹54,031 lakh, a notable increase from ₹42,272 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Other income contributed ₹1,329 lakh. Total income for the quarter reached ₹55,360 lakh. Total expenses were reported at ₹33,899 lakh. Consequently, the profit before tax for the quarter was ₹21,461 lakh, and the profit after tax stood at ₹16,119 lakh. Earnings per equity share (basic and diluted) for the quarter were ₹3.32.
Segment Performance
In terms of segment revenue, Mining contributed ₹41,985 lakh, Ferroalloys added ₹11,601 lakh, and Coke and energy generated ₹4,805 lakh. Segment results indicated a profit before tax of ₹21,461 lakh.
Consolidated Financial Performance (Quarter Ended June 30, 2026)
On a consolidated basis, the Group reported revenue from operations of ₹1,37,478 lakh for the quarter. Total expenses amounted to ₹1,10,845 lakh, leading to a profit before tax of ₹28,107 lakh. Net profit after tax and share of loss of associate was ₹22,785 lakh. The consolidated earnings per equity share were ₹4.67.
