The Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. The company reported a profit after tax of ₹16,119 lakh for the standalone results and ₹22,785 lakh for the consolidated results. Additionally, the Board of Directors approved the incorporation of two new wholly-owned subsidiaries: ‘Royal Sandur Hospitality Private Limited’ and ‘Royal Sandur Academy Private Limited’.

Financial Performance for Q1 2026

The Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Limited disclosed its unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 30 June 2026. For the standalone operations, the company posted a profit after tax of ₹16,119 lakh, compared to ₹12,875 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Total income from operations stood at ₹54,031 lakh.

On a consolidated basis, the profit after tax attributable to the owners of the parent was ₹22,709 lakh, and the total comprehensive income was ₹22,709 lakh. The consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹1,37,478 lakh for the quarter.

Incorporation of New Subsidiaries

The Board of Directors has also approved the incorporation of two new wholly-owned subsidiaries, subject to necessary approvals. These entities are:

  • Royal Sandur Hospitality Private Limited: This subsidiary will focus on the hospitality business, including the development, ownership, operation, and management of hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and allied establishments.
  • Royal Sandur Academy Private Limited: This subsidiary will operate in the education sector, encompassing sports, infrastructure, training/coaching, and connected businesses, including the establishment and management of coaching centres and skill development institutes.

The incorporation of these subsidiaries is aimed at expanding the company’s business verticals and capturing new growth opportunities.

Auditor’s Review and Other Information

The financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on 6 August 2026. The independent auditor’s review reports on the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results are attached, confirming that nothing material came to their attention to suggest misstatements. The company also provided details regarding the proposed subsidiaries as per SEBI regulations.
