Key Resolutions Adopted

During the AGM, several resolutions were presented and voted upon. These included the adoption of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, along with the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors. Shareholders also voted on the re-appointment of a Director, the appointment of Branch Auditors, and the ratification of remuneration for the Cost Auditors for the Financial Year ending March 31, 2027. All these items were proposed as Ordinary Resolutions.

E-Voting Facilities

The Corporation provided a remote e-voting facility to its members from Monday, August 10, 2026, to Wednesday, August 12, 2026. Members attending the AGM via VC/OAVM who had not cast their votes remotely were also given the opportunity to e-vote during the meeting. M/s. Tushar Shridharani & Associates LLP was appointed as the Scrutinizer to ensure a fair and transparent e-voting process.

Meeting Details

The AGM commenced at 3:30 P.M. IST and concluded at 4:57 P.M. IST. The results of the e-voting are expected to be announced within two working days and will be intimated to the stock exchanges, as well as uploaded on the Corporation’s and NSDL websites.
