Tech Mahindra FY26 Revenue Hits ₹56,815 Crore with Highest-Ever Dividend

Tech Mahindra reported a strong finish to FY26, with annual revenue reaching ₹56,815 crore, marking a 7.2% year-over-year increase. The company achieved its highest-ever total dividend of ₹51 per share, supported by a 39.2% surge in annual EBIT. The company continues to accelerate its AI-led transformation, securing $3,794 million in total deal wins during the fiscal year, reflecting robust client confidence in its digital solutions.

Annual Financial Performance

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Tech Mahindra demonstrated significant operational growth. The company reported an annual revenue of ₹56,815 crore, representing a 7.2% YoY growth. Profitability also saw a substantial rise, with annual EBIT climbing to ₹7,152 crore, a 39.2% increase compared to the previous year. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the year stood at ₹4,811 crore, up by 13.2%.

Dividend Payout

Reflecting confidence in its financial position and commitment to shareholders, the Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹36 per equity share (720% of face value). Combined with the interim dividend of ₹15 per share paid in November 2025, the total dividend for FY 2025-26 reaches ₹51 per share, representing the highest payout in the company’s history.

Strategic Business Highlights

Tech Mahindra closed the fiscal year with record-breaking momentum, achieving $3,794 million in total contract value (TCV) for the year. The company’s strategic focus on becoming an AI-led organization has yielded significant results, with successful implementation of agentic AI platforms and education-focused LLMs. Key wins include large-scale multi-year AI transformations for major global telecom operators and strategic partnerships with Microsoft, NVIDIA, FICO, and Fortinet to drive digital innovation.

Quarterly Performance Insights

In the fourth quarter (Jan-Mar 2026), revenue grew to ₹15,076 crore, up 4.7% sequentially and 12.6% YoY. The EBIT for the quarter rose by 10.2% QoQ to reach ₹2,084 crore. The company also reported an LTM IT attrition rate of 12.1% and highlighted its focus on scaling its AI-led operational models to improve efficiency and maintain market competitiveness heading into FY27.
