Mr. Navin Patil brings a wealth of experience to his new capacity, having been associated with TeamLease across two distinct periods—from 2010 to 2016 and rejoining in September 2018. Throughout his 19-year career, he has developed deep expertise across all vital functions of human resources, including HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Learning & Development (L&D).
Before his tenure at TeamLease, Mr. Patil gained valuable industry experience at organizations such as Quikr India, Allsec Technologies, Aegis, and the Academy for Knowledge & Skill. Academically, he holds a B.E. in Telecommunication from BMSIT, Bangalore, and has completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
