Key changes in profit sharing within Saphire Finman Services LLP include:

  • Sofia Mohib Khericha’s profit share increased from 11.11% to 22.22%.
  • Mobina Mohib Khericha’s profit share decreased from 11.11% to 0.00%.
  • Other partners, including Mohib Nomanbhai Khericha and Sagir Mohib Khericha, maintained their respective profit-sharing ratios of 44.45% and 22.22%.

Acquisition Details

The indirect acquisition of equity shares occurred on August 21, 2026. The total equity share capital of TD Power Systems Limited before and after the said acquisition remains Rs. 31,24,56,860, with each equity share having a face value of ₹1. The total number of shares carrying voting rights held by the acquirer/seller group stands at 83,957,322, representing 26.87% of the total share capital, both before and after the transaction.
