TCS: Launches Gemini AI Experience Center in Mexico with Google Cloud

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has launched its ninth Gemini Experience Center (GEC) worldwide and second in Latin America, in Mexico City. Partnering with Google Cloud, this new facility will empower organizations with advanced AI capabilities to drive innovation and accelerate the adoption of AI solutions across various industries. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, has partnered with Google Cloud to launch a new Gemini Experience Center (GEC) in Mexico City. This marks TCS’ ninth GEC globally and its second in Latin America, reinforcing its commitment to advancing AI adoption in the region. The center is designed to equip organizations with cutting-edge AI capabilities, facilitating business transformation and accelerating the development of data-driven solutions.

Accelerating AI Adoption and Innovation

The newly established GEC is equipped with over 3,000 industry- and context-aware AI agents, integrated with Gemini Enterprise. This facility will empower organizations to explore and implement AI-led solutions, including intelligent process assessment, fraud investigation for financial institutions, automated insurance claims processing, and generative AI-powered data acceleration. The initiative aims to help businesses unlock the full potential of artificial intelligence.

Javier Carrique, Head of Partners & Alliances for Latin America at Google Cloud, highlighted the Gemini Experience Center as a significant example of the partner ecosystem’s role in enabling businesses to adopt and apply AI with confidence. Marcelo Wurmann, CEO of TCS Latin America, stated that the center brings advanced AI capabilities closer to enterprises in Mexico, enabling them to transform ideas into practical, scalable solutions. This collaboration with Google Cloud aims to create a space where organizations can explore technology’s potential to enhance operations and add value.
