September 15, 2026 – Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced a strategic partnership with the Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange (DGCX), the Middle East’s largest digital marketplace for trading derivatives. This collaboration aims to modernize and future-proof DGCX’s market infrastructure by implementing a next-generation integrated trading, clearing, and surveillance solution.
Enhancing Derivatives Market Infrastructure
The partnership will enable DGCX to build a scalable foundation that accelerates growth, drives product innovation, and expands into newer asset classes. TCS will deliver a world-class platform by integrating its solutions including: TCS BaNCS™ for Market Infrastructure for central counterparty clearing, Quartz™ for surveillance to monitor and detect market manipulation, and TCS BaNCS Securities Trading for cross-asset trading.
Additionally, the agreement includes the implementation of TCS’ Quartz Gateway for advanced market connectivity, powered by generative AI for reporting and analytics, alongside exchange trading and matching capabilities from a global exchange partner.
Strategic Impact and Future Growth
This initiative is part of TCS’s BFSI Products and Platforms business group, which focuses on empowering financial services organizations. The collaboration is expected to strengthen DGCX’s offering across energy, currencies, equities, and precious metals, while providing the capacity to develop and launch new products. The enhanced infrastructure will support DGCX in its goal to connect more regional and international participants, aligning with Dubai’s position as a major global center for commodities and capital flows.
