This initiative aims to strengthen the company’s financial position and support its business growth.
Use of Funds
The proceeds from the rights issue are earmarked for strategic investments, including an investment in M/s PavaPuri Export Private Limited, investment in existing subsidiaries, funding expansion plans for factory and land acquisition, and for general corporate purposes. A total of ₹1916.16 lakhs has been allocated for these purposes.
Financial Performance for FY 2025-26
The company also reported its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The standalone profit after tax was ₹16.52 lakhs, a decline from the previous year’s profit of ₹249.03 lakhs, attributed to rising operational costs and unfavorable market conditions. The consolidated profit for the year stood at ₹21.17 lakhs, also a decrease from ₹248.95 lakhs in the prior year. Management is focused on optimizing expenses and restoring margins.
Key Business Developments
During the financial year, Tavexia Lifecare Limited also completed the acquisition of 51% equity stake in M/s Pavapuri Export Private Limited on September 10, 2025, making it a subsidiary. Furthermore, the company initiated a corporate rebranding exercise to change its name from Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited to Tavexia Lifecare Limited, pending regulatory approvals.
