Tavexia Lifecare Limited, formerly known as Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited, has officially changed its name. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved this change and issued a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation. The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) has also approved the name change application, confirming the company will henceforth be known as Tavexia Lifecare Limited.

Further reinforcing the change, the BSE Limited has also given its nod to the company’s application for a name change. Consequently, the company will now be known publicly and operate under the new name, Tavexia Lifecare Limited, effective immediately.
