Tavexia Lifecare Appoints New RTA

Tavexia Lifecare Limited (formerly Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited) has announced a significant change in its administrative operations by appointing a new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA). This decision was approved by the Board of Directors at a recent meeting held on November 4, 2026.

Key Changes and Rationale

Effective from a date to be announced, Skyline Financial Services Pvt. Ltd will take over the responsibilities from the current RTA, Niche Technologies Pvt. Ltd. The company cited Skyline’s technologically advanced infrastructural framework as a key reason for the change. This move is expected to facilitate quicker and more efficient shareholder services, better manage share registry activities, and broaden the company’s reach to its shareholder base.

Transition Process

Niche Technologies Pvt. Ltd will continue to serve as the company’s RTA during the transition period. This includes the completion of data migration, shifting of electronic connectivity, and other related procedures. The finalization of this change is contingent upon receiving necessary confirmations from the National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services Limited.

The exact effective date for the change of RTA will be communicated to stakeholders separately once all necessary procedures and documentation are finalized.
