Tata Elxsi has announced that its Thirty-Seventh (37th) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. The meeting will commence at 10:30 a.m. (IST) and will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM).
Record Date and Dividend Announcement
In accordance with regulatory requirements, the company has fixed Wednesday, June 10, 2026, as the Record Date. This date will be used to determine which Members are entitled to receive a dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The Register of Members will be closed from Thursday, June 11, 2026, to Wednesday, June 24, 2026, inclusive.
The Board of Directors, during their meeting on April 21, 2026, recommended a dividend of Rs. 75/- per equity share. This represents a 750% dividend on shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each. This dividend is subject to the approval of the Members at the upcoming 37th AGM.
Dividend Payment Details
If the dividend is approved, payments will be made on or after June 30, 2026, subject to the deduction of tax at source. The payment will be processed as follows:
- For shares held in physical mode, dividends will be paid to Members whose names appear in the Register of Members as of the close of business hours on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
- For shares held in demat mode, dividends will be paid to Members whose names appear in the list of beneficial owners as provided by the Depositories as of the close of business hours on Wednesday, June 10, 2026.
