Appointment of Mr. Sunil Lobo
Effective December 1, 2026, Mr. Sunil Lobo will assume the role of President & Head – India Sales. This appointment comes as Mr. Punit Gupta transitions into the position of President & Head – Strategy & Business Transformation. Mr. Lobo brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, with a proven track record in sales strategy, market execution, and business development across various geographies. His prior roles include significant contributions at Balsara, Tata Global Beverages, and HCCB, as well as a recent tenure as Chief Operating Officer at Swire Coca-Cola, Vietnam. He holds an executive MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
Cessation of Mr. Mahesh Israni
The company also announced the cessation of Mr. Mahesh Israni from his role as Head – Business Integration & Transformation. Mr. Israni’s departure is due to his retirement from the company, with his last day being January 31, 2027. His contributions to business integration and transformation have been instrumental during his tenure.
