To ensure transparency and address concerns, TCS has launched an internal investigation led by Ms. Aarthi Subramanian, President and COO. Furthermore, an oversight committee has been formally constituted, chaired by Independent Director Mr. Keki Mistry, to review the investigation’s findings and implement recommended actions.

TCS confirmed that the Nashik unit remains fully operational and continues to serve its client base, labeling reports of a site shutdown as entirely untrue. Additionally, the company clarified that the individual frequently mentioned in recent reports was a process associate who held no recruitment responsibilities or leadership status within the organization.

A preliminary review of systems and records suggests that no complaints related to the alleged misconduct have been filed through the company’s official ethics or POSH channels.
