Each transaction is capped at ₹50 crore individually for the financial year, subject to shareholder approval.
Furthermore, the Board considered and approved the 100% acquisition of two companies, Tekfoods International Private Limited and Samridh Overseas Trading Private Limited, through share swap transactions. This approval, obtained during an Extra Ordinary General Meeting on August 1, 2026, marks a significant step towards expanding the company’s operational scope.
Financial Results and Other Key Approvals
The Board reviewed and took on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the auditors’ limited review report. Approval was also given to the Directors’ Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and the notice for the 38th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 24, 2026.
