The statement highlights that the company’s accumulated losses aggregate to ₹1001.85 Lakhs, resulting in a complete erosion of its net worth. Furthermore, as of the reporting date, current liabilities exceeded current assets by ₹297.50 Lakhs, leading the management to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis despite these challenges.

Other Comprehensive Income and Shareholder Equity

The total comprehensive income for the period was a loss of ₹169.23 Lakhs. The equity share capital remained unchanged at ₹245.00 Lakhs. However, ‘Other Equity’ showed a deficit of ₹1,001.85 Lakhs.
