Swiggy: Q1 FY27 Revenue Surges 27.9% to ₹18,926 Crore

Swiggy reported robust financial results for Q1 FY27, with a significant 27.9% year-on-year increase in B2C Gross Order Value (GOV) to ₹18,926 crore. The company achieved a consolidated Adjusted EBITDA of -₹651 crore, an improvement of ₹162 crore year-on-year. Key segments like Food Delivery and Quick Commerce demonstrated strong growth, contributing positively to overall performance.

Swiggy Reports Strong Q1 FY27 Financials

Swiggy has announced its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, showcasing significant year-on-year growth across its key business verticals. The company’s B2C Gross Order Value (GOV) saw a substantial increase of 27.9%, reaching ₹18,926 crore. This growth underscores the expanding consumer demand and Swiggy’s increasing market penetration.

Key Financial Highlights

The consolidated Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter stood at -₹651 crore, representing an improvement of ₹162 crore compared to the previous year. This indicates progress in the company’s focus on profitability and operational efficiency.

Swiggy Platform Performance

The Swiggy Platform experienced a 27.4% year-on-year growth in Platform Average Monthly Transacting Users (MTU), reaching 27.5 million. Consolidated Adjusted Revenue grew by 34.0% to ₹7,112 crore. The B2C Adjusted EBITDA margin improved by 223 basis points year-on-year to -2.5%.

Food Delivery Growth

Swiggy’s core Food Delivery segment reported a GOV growth of 17.4% year-on-year, amounting to ₹9,490 crore. The segment added 0.9 million Monthly Transacting Users, bringing the total to 19.2 million. Adjusted EBITDA for Food Delivery improved by ₹100 crore year-on-year to ₹292 crore, with an Adjusted EBITDA Margin of 3.1% of GOV.

Quick Commerce Expansion

The Quick Commerce segment witnessed a significant GOV growth of 39.8% year-on-year, reaching ₹7,907 crore. The company expanded its darkstore network to 1,171 stores across 131 cities. Average Order Value (AOV) grew by 12.1% year-on-year to ₹508. Contribution margin improved to -0.2%, and Adjusted EBITDA losses reduced by ₹80 crore quarter-on-quarter to -₹778 crore.

Out-of-Home Consumption Momentum

The Out-of-Home Consumption segment continued its profitable trajectory with GOV growing 44.8% year-on-year to ₹1,529 crore. Restaurant additions reached a multi-quarter high of 59,000. Adjusted EBITDA margin improved to a record 0.9% of GOV.
