The primary reason for this share pledge is to secure a financial facility. The facility has been obtained by a group entity from the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID). The shares have been encumbered in favour of IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited, which is acting as the Security Trustee for the lender.
