Details of the New Entity
EREPL is fully owned by Sunteck Realty Limited, with the parent company holding 100% of its share capital. The total investment made by Sunteck Realty in EREPL amounts to ₹1,00,000/-, representing the subscription of 10,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. The subsidiary’s business activities are focused on Real Estate activities, including construction, real estate, and allied activities, aligning perfectly with the parent company’s established expertise.
