Standalone Performance

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹1,07,895 Lakhs. Total income for the period was ₹1,08,946 Lakhs. Expenses amounted to ₹1,00,354 Lakhs. Profit before tax was reported at ₹8,592 Lakhs. After accounting for tax expenses of ₹(2,473) Lakhs, the net profit after tax for the standalone entity was ₹6,396 Lakhs. Total comprehensive income for the standalone operations was ₹2,82,551 Lakhs.

Consolidated Performance

On a consolidated basis, the Group reported revenue from operations of ₹1,01,281 Lakhs and total income of ₹1,03,229 Lakhs for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Total expenses were ₹95,097 Lakhs. Profit before tax for the consolidated entity was ₹8,132 Lakhs. After tax expenses of ₹(2,189) Lakhs, the net profit after tax attributable to owners was ₹6,204 Lakhs. The total comprehensive income for the consolidated operations was ₹1,60,827 Lakhs.

Key Financial Metrics

Earnings per share (EPS) on a standalone basis were ₹3.55 (basic and diluted) for the quarter. Consolidated EPS stood at ₹3.44.

Notes on Financials

The financial results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard 34 (Ind AS-34), “Interim Financial Reporting”, and comply with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company operates in a single segment, ‘Iron & Steel Business’, primarily within India. Other comprehensive income primarily relates to MTM gain on equity shares held in Lloyds Metal & Energy Limited.
