The Board also ratified the remuneration for the Cost Auditor for the upcoming fiscal year.
Sundram Fasteners Limited is notifying its shareholders about important upcoming events and appointments. The company will hold its 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 09:30 a.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted entirely through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Shareholders are informed that the Audited Financial Statement for the year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors, will be presented for adoption at the AGM.
Director Reappointment
As per the agenda, Ms. Arundathi Krishna, who retires by rotation, is proposed for re-appointment as a Director of the Company. She is eligible for re-appointment, and the Board recommends her continuation. A brief profile and relevant information for Ms. Krishna are furnished in the notice convening the AGM.
Cost Auditor Remuneration Ratification
In a special business item, the shareholders will be asked to ratify the remuneration payable to the Cost Auditor for the financial year ending March 31, 2027. Sri P Raju Iyer, Practising Cost Accountant, has been recommended for reappointment as the Cost Auditor for a remuneration of ` 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only), in addition to reimbursement of travel and out-of-pocket expenses. This proposal has been recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
