The fourth quarter was particularly robust, delivering the company’s highest-ever quarterly revenue of Rs 1,049.76 crore, a 15.55% jump over the same period in the prior year.
Profitability and Operational Highlights
The company reported an annual EBITDA of Rs 362.93 crore, representing a 5.77% growth year-on-year. While rising material costs impacted margins, the company successfully offset these challenges through cost-optimization initiatives and the accrual of Rs 15.48 crore in incentive income. Net profit for the year stood at Rs 165.78 crore, reflecting a steady 10.23% growth over FY 2024-25.

Subros is actively expanding its footprint to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
