Strides Pharma Science Limited has announced key changes to its Board of Directors and senior leadership team, effective June 1, 2026. As part of its succession planning, the company has elevated Venkata Seetharama Raju Pakalapati to Executive Director, while Aditya Arun Kumar transitions to a Non-Executive Director role. Additionally, the company has strengthened its senior management team with the nomination of new personnel to key leadership positions, supporting its long-term strategic growth objectives.
Board of Directors Reorganization
In a move to strengthen executive management, the Board of Directors has approved the elevation of Venkata Seetharama Raju Pakalapati (Ramaraju PVS) from Chief Operating Officer to Executive Director, effective June 1, 2026. Ramaraju will serve a three-year term, overseeing global technical operations, manufacturing, and supply chain strategy.
Concurrent with this shift, Aditya Arun Kumar, currently Executive Director – Business Development, will transition to the role of Non-Executive Director. This change aligns with the company’s broader initiative to further professionalize its management structure. Aditya will continue to support the company’s strategic direction and growth initiatives in his new capacity.
Senior Management Appointments
Strides has further bolstered its leadership bench by nominating new members to its Senior Management Personnel (SMP) category, effective June 1, 2026. Nandini Matiyani, Executive VP – HR, and Ariff Khan, Executive VP – Manufacturing Operations, have been formally designated as part of the senior management team.
