Sterling and Wilson Solar Solutions, Inc. (SWSS) and OEG Inc. have mutually agreed to dismiss their arbitration proceedings. The dismissal is with prejudice, but certain counterclaims remain reserved from an arbitration order dated March 13, 2025. No costs or legal fees have been awarded. The Company does not expect any financial impact arising from this above what was disclosed in our disclosure dated October 10, 2025.
