The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), dispensing with the requirement for physical attendance.
Financial Performance for FY 2025-26
SAIL reported a robust financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. The company achieved a sales turnover of ₹1,09,966 crore, marking an increase of 8% compared to the previous year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at ₹4,333.86 crore and Profit After Tax (PAT) was ₹3,233.48 crore, a significant increase from the prior year. The company’s net worth increased to ₹58,195 crore.
Operational Achievements
Operationally, SAIL achieved several milestones, including its best-ever annual performance in Crude Steel production at 19.43 million tonnes (MT), Finished Steel at 16.95 MT, and Saleable Steel at 19.18 MT. These achievements were driven by technological upgrades, digitalization, and sustainability efforts. The company also reported improvements in key techno-economic parameters such as Coke Rate and Blast Furnace Productivity.
